Last year Bob had to go to Singapore on business. We struggled here at the hot rod shop while he was gone and he fell in love with a dish called Laksa. Buoyed by the confidence he can do anything (I guess that's pretty much true) he taught himself to make a perfect Laksa. He made some for us here at the shop today. It is so good and a fitting repast on a rainy, autumn day.
