We did something a little different this past weekend, we went downtown to Riverfront Park to cheer on our local Subway sandwich artists as they strived to outdo each other by assembling the most perfect turkey sandwich in the shortest amount of time. To compete globally, artists need to come in around 32 - 35 seconds, with no penalties for sloppy work. Subway calls it Sub Jammers. Kayla works at the Spokane Industrial Park Subway, (that's where Eric ran into her three years ago.) The skirt made a little video for your viewing pleasure. Industrial Park sandwich makers won third and second place. Congratulations guys!
