Looks Like We Made It

Saturday we drove up and over Cascade Pass and camped near the lake we could see from above when we were snowed out back in June. What was so formidable last time looked like no big deal, in fact we drove right through and didn't really think about it. The Skirt took the above photo, but the effort seemed to be lost on the rest of the gang. That's the way it is sometimes. We had a nice time though and that trip will have to hold us until next summer.

The next few weekends are for preparing for the winter of 2009. Hope it's not going to be like last year, all signs are it could be worse.
